The minimum charge for on-site consultation is travel charge
plus 30 minutes based on the hourly charge. Consultation and
technical assistance at Tokyo IT office will be based on the
hourly fee only.
The customer will be informed of the diagnosis of the problem,
suggested remedy and estimated cost breakdown between parts
and labor. If the customer declines to have the service performed,
the customer will be charged the basic diagnostic fee of ¥5,250.
The manager may waive the basic diagnostic fee if Tokyo IT
performs the services and the total fee exceeds ¥21,000
excluding the cost of parts and equipment, etc.
After the technician repairs the computer software problem, the customer is asked to confirm the results. Generally speaking, there is no guarantee on the work done as future problems can be caused by operator error or any number of other contributing problems common to computer operation. However, we are flexible and want to be fair. We will remedy any problem at our expense if it is related to and would be considered to be a problem that should have been solved by the previous consultation.
